Welcome to Perfectly Vintage! We offer vintage handbags, vintage costume jewellery and vintage powder compacts dating from the 1920s to the 1970s. Sometimes, we’ll include items from slightly before or after those dates, usually because we think they are too desirable or collectable to be left out.

Vintage Glamour

If you are already a vintage devotee, you will know the attraction is that you are not buying something that is untouched and straight from a factory. Instead, you are dipping into the past, whether it is the far-off days of the 1920s flapper or the 1940s Hollywood glamour goddesses, to the more recently remembered 1970s disco era. Whenever you carry a vintage handbag or wear a piece of vintage costume jewellery or look into the mirror of a vintage powder compact, you can’t help but wonder who it belonged to. We feel that mystique is part of the allure of owning vintage.

Previously treasured vintage style

Many of the items you will see for sale at Perfectly Vintage appear to have been rarely used. It’s touching to realise that whoever the previous owner was, they treasured the item enough to keep it carefully boxed or safely in a drawer for much of its life. And in the case of vintage items which are showing their age a little, we feel that’s an acceptable part of owning something which is often much older than we are!

At Perfectly Vintage, we have supplied a variety of photos of each item, so you can be sure of what you are buying. We also aim to describe each item accurately, mentioning any imperfections upfront.
